Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a related role.
• Relevant experience related to reviewing and resolving contracts in the AEC industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers and manage the flow of contracts.
• Review, negotiate, and resolve contracts for both public and private sector clients.
• Organize and manage contract activities for high-quality reviews and advice.
