Job summary

Fabcon, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales profitability and growth in assigned territories. You will promote Fabcon’s products and services, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handoff.

You will build relationships with owners, developers, GCs, architects, and engineers, identify market expansion opportunities, and act as a strategic partner to clients while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in a sales role or 2+ years in precast concrete industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and construction software.
• Strong understanding of construction industry practices and project sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a territory sales strategy to meet/exceed annual goals.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, developers, GCs, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, Production, and Field teams.
