Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Regional Travel team in Columbus, OH. You will work with multiple project teams and provide operational support to ensure successful project outcomes across commercial and industrial sectors.

The role requires strong project leadership, MS Office proficiency, and a background in construction management. This position involves travel and offers growth opportunities within Lithko.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project team with direction, communication and development.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Deliver project status and ensure execution goals are met.
• Direct manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure team follows defined processes and roles.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts.
