Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Deliver project status to stakeholders and keep information current.
• Validate project status and recommend actions to meet execution goals.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure team follows defined processes and roles/responsibilities.
• Maintain customer relationships and stay engaged with customers throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues across project phases.
