The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction project management experience, especially in Commercial/Industrial settings, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering. This on-site role offers a clear career path with benefits.

• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects >$1M.
• Proficient in MS Office and building project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, communicate, and develop the project team.
• Develop overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Deliver project status to stakeholders and adjust as needed.
• Validate project status and make recommendations to meet goals.
• Direct manpower resources to achieve execution targets.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes by all team members.
• Maintain customer relationships and stay engaged throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues.

Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join Regional Travel team. The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure a positive outcome for the project. This is an exciting and challenging role for which there is a career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team.
• Engages the developing of an overall project plan and sets expectations for the project team.
• Takes ownership of the project information and is able to deliver project status to appropriate parties.
• Validates project status and makes recommendations to ensure that execution goals are met.
• Directs and aligns manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Makes sure that the project team is following the defined processes and that individuals are acting per their role and responsibility.
• Maintains customer relationship by staying engaged with the customer throughout the project.
• Communicates with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise throughout the phases of the project.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
