Job summary

Progress Residential in Memphis seeks a Construction Manager - HC to oversee renovation and heavy turn projects across the portfolio. You will lead construction teams and vendors, ensure safety, quality, and cost controls, and align work with Construction Standards.

The role requires coordinating resources, tracking progress, reviewing scopes and change orders, and reporting KPIs to regional leadership while maintaining compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver’s license.
• 5+ years residential construction PM experience.
• Experience managing multiple staff over a geographic region.
• Knowledge of renovations, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances in homes.
• Mastery of general IBC building codes and rental property safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for renovation or turn projects.
• Manage resource allocation to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Review project scopes and change orders with internal teams as needed.
• Ensure scoped work follows Construction Standards and Quality Standards.
• Monitor and track progress of all projects and KPI performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance with the National Vendor Management Group.
