Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager - HC to oversee renovation and heavy-turn projects in the portfolio. You will lead construction teams, coordinate internal resources and vendors, and ensure work adheres to Construction Standards and safety regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in residential construction project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites within a regional MSA. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple staff across a geographic region.
• Mastery of IBC building codes and rental property health and safety regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for renovation or turn projects.
• Manage resource allocation to minimize downtime, ensure quality and control costs.
• Review project scopes and change orders - communicate with internal teams as needed.
• Ensure scoped work follows Construction Standards and Quality Standards.
• Monitor and track the progress of all projects with detailed reporting.
• Oversee vendor relationships/performance with the National Vendor Management Group.
• Oversee Fleet aspects and Inventory Control.
• Monitor KPI progress and adjust resources accordingly.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
