Qualifications

• 15 years experience in project management for construction.
• Proven leadership with measurable results.
• Strong communication with all project levels.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Construction with assigned duties.
• Direct Senior PMs/PMs and coordinate construction activities.
• Manage team performance, coaching, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee master schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Review and approve project budgets.
• Mentor employees and support interviews and hiring.
• Maintain customer relationships and safety program compliance.
