Zipline is seeking a Regional Construction Manager to own the ground infrastructure rollout in the East Coast region and beyond. You will lead contractor selection, design review with engineering, and full site construction oversight in partnership with Deployment, Real Estate, and Government Affairs teams.

You will negotiate with external vendors, manage timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with Zipline’s strategic goals.

Competenze

Experience leading entitlement and permit processes for infrastructure projects.
Strong ability to align internal and external stakeholders on project requirements.
Experience working with external design teams and AHJs on construction projects.

Mansioni

Manage construction projects, site infrastructure, contractors, and real estate development.
Develop pre-construction strategies for entitlements and permits.
Build relationships with City Managers, staff, and inspectors to secure approvals.
Collaborate with Legal to navigate regulatory landscapes for drone delivery.
Coordinate with Real Estate and Government Affairs for timely project milestones.
Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across trades.
Identify and mitigate risks during pre-construction and construction phases.
