Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in engineering.
• Five years of professional experience equivalent to an Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Region construction business team and coordinate MDOT processes.
• Manage budgets, deliver projects on schedule, and ensure QA, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain alignment with TSCs, Regions, the Central Office, and FHWA; drive innovative contract delivery.
• Foster employee development and customer service commitment across the team.
