Qualifications

• Minimum three years of road design and construction management experience.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Engineering Team.
• Determine daily and long-term priorities of the Engineering Department.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare estimates for road projects.
• Evaluate existing conditions and plan road designs.
• Manage hiring and performance of engineering team.

Skilled at the use of MS Office apps and applicable software

Education
