Qualifications
Minimum three years of road design and construction management experience.
Knowledge of AASHTO and MDOT standards required.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local sites.
Responsibilities
Direct and manage the Engineering Team.
Determine daily and long-term priorities of the Engineering Department.
Collaborate with managers to prepare estimates for road projects.
Evaluate existing conditions and plan road designs.
Manage hiring and performance of engineering team.
