C & M Concrete - Precast & Construction in Kerrville, TX is seeking a hands-on Concrete Foreman to lead commercial and civil projects across the Texas Hill Country. You will read plans, coordinate crews, and keep schedules while upholding safety and quality on site.

The role offers a direct path toward Site Superintendent, with travel to regional jobs and lodging provided for overnight assignments. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits support ongoing development.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading commercial concrete, structural concrete, or civil crews.
Ability to independently interpret drawings and translate plans into field layouts.
Strong focus on jobsite safety and safe equipment operation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise concrete construction crews on active commercial and civil sites.
Read blueprints, grading plans, structural details, specifications and elevations.
Coordinate layouts, excavation, reinforcing steel, formwork, placements and finishing.
Plan labor, materials and equipment to maintain production and schedules.
Collaborate with the Site Superintendent on schedules and project priorities.
Mentor operators and ensure safe practices and compliance.
