Wagman is seeking a Concrete Surfacer (Finisher) to join our Heavy Civil team in the Hampton/Norfolk area. The role focuses on finishing concrete on surface elements such as parapets, caps, columns, and deck slabs, applying proven concrete finishing techniques.

Candidates should have 3+ years in heavy highway or bridge construction, HS diploma or GED, and experience with finishing tools. Light to moderate regional travel may be required year-round.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; can be replaced with relevant work experience.
• 3+ years experience in heavy highway or bridge construction preferred.
• Experience with finishing tools (bull float, trowels, straight edges).

Responsibilities

• Finish surfaces of poured concrete to specified grade and texture.
