Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or 3+ years of quality assurance experience in a feed, pet, or food processing environment.
• Certified training of PCQI/HACCP.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to conduct facility assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and update facilities' Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
• Ensure locations meet FDA and FSMA regulations.
• Provide monthly/weekly reports to Safety and Compliance Manager.
• Attend seminars to stay up to date with regulations.
• Review SOPs and training documentation.
