Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Program Manager to lead the ERTS Commercial Compliance Program across the Southern-Central US. You will perform client compliance inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and EH&S training on-site while managing the regional book of business and client relationships.

This role combines technical leadership with commercial responsibility. Ideal candidate has consulting or multi-site practitioner background, strong client-facing skills, and ability to translate

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate regulatory findings into actionable corrective actions.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/DOT frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of the ERTS Commercial Compliance Program within an assigned multi-state region.
• Performs client compliance inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and on-site EH&S training.
• Manages regional book of business, client relationships, scheduling, and subcontractors; ensures quality of deliverables.
