Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. seeks a Regional Program Manager to own the delivery of the ERTS Commercial Compliance Program in a multi-state Western US region.

This hands-on leadership role includes audits, hazard assessments, on-site EH&S training, and regional client relationship management, with a focus on delivering quality, compliant services and expanding the scope of work. The ideal candidate has consulting or multi-site experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field related to safety or environment.
• 7–10 years EHS experience with audits/inspections across multiple sites or clients.
• Experience delivering EHS training to hourly and supervisory audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial Compliance programs across the region, including onboarding, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Serve as the single regional client contact; conduct meetings, present findings, and manage escalations.
• Track hours, deliverables and maintain client records, inspection reports, and training rosters.
