Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting in Dallas is seeking a Regional Governance & Compliance Specialist to own governance across US client onboarding and the placement lifecycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance Operations and Compliance to ensure requirements are captured and operable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a compliance or adjacent type of position.
• Strong commercial and operational awareness.
• The confidence to work directly with Sales, clients, suppliers and internal support teams.
• The ability to understand a client requirement and translate it into a workable operational process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to challenge when something doesn't look right or won't work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational onboarding of new US clients and understand their billing, invoicing, PO, compliance and placement requirements.
• Translate client requirements into internal systems and processes and ensure clear handovers to downstream teams.
• Review new placements to ensure information is complete and accurate before progressing to contracting, payroll and billing.
• Work with Sales, clients and internal teams to resolve incomplete or conflicting requirements.
• Monitor placement compliance requirements and maintain data quality across active assignments.
• Manage relationships with umbrella and payroll providers and conduct supplier reviews.
