An established industry player is seeking a Regional Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance standards are met across their assigned region. The Regional Compliance Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for ensuring that compliance requirements are consistently met within their assigned region. This includes monitoring and notifying changes related to minimum wage laws and contract requirements, as well as ensuring that all necessary state form updates are completed annually. The RCC serves as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries within the region, providing timely responses and guidance. They are also responsible for overseeing contract reporting, managing policies and procedures (P&Ps), and coordinating both internal and external audits for their region. The RCC plays a key role in handling Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensuring that compliance issues are addressed and resolved. Additionally, the RCC manages Criminal Background Check (CBC) reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Through their work, the RCC ensures that the region operates within established compliance standards and continues to improve its compliance processes.

EDUCATION
Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
