Job summary

Integrity Care Group seeks a Community Marketing Specialist to build relationships and raise awareness for our clinics across Dallas and surrounding areas.

You will be the first point of contact in the community, representing our brand and guiding people to clinic services. This field-based role requires travel and collaboration with clinic staff to drive patient volume and local partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or field marketing experience.
• 1–2 years of marketing and communications experience.
• 1 year of event planning or project planning experience.
• Healthcare or wellness industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing plans tailored to designated region.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community organizations.
• Support Clinic Leads in achieving patient volume goals through strategic activations.
• Create and manage a local events calendar across assigned markets.
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Travel regularly to clinic locations to coordinate promotional activities to drive awareness and patient volume.
• Generate awareness and guide community members toward clinic services.
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming handoff from community interaction to clinic staff.
• Identify and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of local campaigns, outreach efforts, and events.
• Maintain organized documentation of outreach, partnerships, and follow-ups.
• Respond to online reviews and support local reputation management efforts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align efforts.
