PG&E seeks a San Francisco communications lead to manage earned media, act as spokesperson, and guide regional emergency response communications. The role drives internal/external messaging, coordinates with business lines, and supports corporate branding across stakeholders.

The successful candidate will craft strategies, advise leadership, and tell PG&E’s reliability and safety progress in San Francisco, including field operations visuals. Some travel and after-hours support are required.

Competenze

• 7 years of related experience in corporate communications, journalism, and/or politics.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, Public Relations or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Mansioni

• Manage development, implementation, and coordination of communication programs and initiatives, including emergency response communications.
• Develop and review strategic communication plans for the San Francisco Division and ensure alignment with internal and external partners.
• Write news releases, advisories, internal/external blog posts and social media content for your region.
