Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Director of Enterprise Resource Planning-Operational Risk to build and sustain a leading risk management, audit, compliance, and security capability. You will plan, organize, and direct daily operations of the Risk Management function within Electric Delivery, supervising 15+ staff and contractors.

The role is hybrid, with work from your remote office and a PG&E location as needed to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance management, audit or utility operations management.
• Proven leadership experience, leading and developing strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decide on risk management issues across enterprise.
• Manage program components for effective risk management.
• Assess property loss control needs and recommend action plans.
• Lead enterprise risk and operational management programs; support risk owners.
• Prepare complex materials for documentation, compliance, audits, and presentations.
• Identify and analyze potential risk to assets, earnings, or success.
• Produce reports and presentations outlining findings and risk positions.
