Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive outside sales of Commercial products to medium and large institutional buyers.

The RAM will liaise with the Inside Commercial Sales team and the Commercial Support Center to source, bid, and manage large commercial jobs, while expanding the customer base in the local market. Daily travel is required to call on developers, designers, contractors and other decision makers in the sales and installation process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial industry sales experience in flooring/building materials.
• Familiarity with the local market and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Experience with RFPs, commercial bid processes, and construction sales.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within the assigned area to call on existing and new customers.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including bids, orders, delivery coordination and installation oversight.
• Submit proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs after pricing and specifications approval.
• Coordinate with Inside Commercial Sales and Commercial Support Center on key dates and product availability.
• Stay current on product lines and participate in trade shows and promotions.
