Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Sales Manager team to drive professional customer experience: partnerships & programs.
- Partner with cross-functional CSC partners to develop, implement and execute on customer solutions.
- Proactive engagement of talent acquisition and development.
- Collaborate with region RVP & VPO to ensure execution of professional operations.
- Implements systems and processes to ensure Sales execution and consistency.
- Develop business solutions, strategies and plans to gain, retain and grow market share.
