The position requires 7+ years in P&C insurance with leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and professional insurance education (INS/AU/CPCU or willingness to pursue).

Qualifications

• 7+ years Increasingly responsible P&C insurance roles, including leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Business Experience.
• Significant insurance education, such as INS, AU, CPCU or willingness to pursue insurance education is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives to deliver high-quality field execution.
• Oversee territory sales plans, new business premium, total written premium, retention and loss ratio targets.
• Provide market intelligence and regional performance analysis to inform strategy.
