Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead commercial activities across an assigned geography for the new migraine product, SYMBRAVO. The role builds and leads a team of Account Managers leveraging a sophisticated digital infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration.

Travel will be required to cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and payers. The RBD will own regional performance, coach direct reports, and advance market access strategies while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of field leadership or payer account management experience.
• Pharma/biotech sales experience preferred with first-line leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Region operations including hiring, coaching, and account manager development.
• Develop and implement regional strategic plans and budget; drive P&L ownership.
• Lead a geographically aligned team and promote product launch efforts for migraine treatment.
