Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Regional Business Director to build and lead a high‑performing team responsible for launching and commercializing biosimilar and future biologic therapies in oncology, rheumatology, and immunology.

Reporting to the National Project Director, you will guide Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers across a defined geography, driving access and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales.
• 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, or hospital settings.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead high-performing sales and account teams.
• Experience launching products in hospital or institutional environments.
• Strong business acumen to analyze market dynamics and drive results.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional account management team across community-focused networks and infusion centers.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Coach and develop the team with training on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short/long-term business plans to meet commercial objectives and revenue targets.
• Drive promotional objectives through execution of marketing strategies and access initiatives.
• Collaborate with market access, marketing, medical, training, operations, and leadership teams.
