Job summary

Forsyth Technical Comunity Clg is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day leader for Forsyth County’s participation in AttainmentNC. The role coordinates cross-sector partners and manages the Local Implementation Plan to drive employer-led career pathways and sustained outcomes.

Located on Forsyth County’s Main Campus, the position is grant-funded through July 2028 and requires building consensus among education, workforce, and business partners while aligning regional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience and knowledge of education systems, workforce and economic development.
Proven track record managing cross-sector partnerships.
Experience leading complex, place-based initiatives preferred.
Experience in NC workforce development and Forsyth County familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, coordinate, and sustain an active cross-sector Core Team meeting monthly.
Coordinate launch or expansion of employer-driven career pathways.
Ensure alignment of K-12, postsecondary, and workforce strategies.
Represent the AttainmentNC Collaborative in regional workgroups.
Track progress toward AttainmentNC goals and submit quarterly updates.
