Forsyth Tech in Main Campus is seeking a Coordinator for Pre-Apprenticeship and Summer Bridge Programs. The role drives planning, execution, assessment, and expansion of Summer Bridge activities connecting high school learners to career pathways and pre-apprenticeships.

You will recruit participants, design engaging pathways, and coordinate with academic and community partners to support student success and workforce alignment across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Economic Development, Human Services, Public Administration, Business, or related field.
• Two years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, education, recruiting, student services, or related field.
• Experience working with K-12, higher education, workforce development, or community partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of Summer Bridge planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop annual program timelines, budgets, participant targets, and operational plans.
• Manage funding and student stipends when available.
• Coordinate student registration, enrollment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and program completion.
• Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Leadership and academic departments to design Summer Bridge pathways.
• Coordinate integration of employability skills and industry credentials where appropriate.
