Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. seeks a Community Engagement & Programmatic Manager to lead county-level stakeholder engagement across Alamance, Chatham, Orange, Caswell, and Durham.

You will coordinate NC ROOTS Region 4 initiatives and serve as the primary liaison with local partners to drive programmatic activities and improvement efforts. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field, with a Master’s preferred, plus demonstrated rural engagement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in public health outreach and rural community engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead county-level stakeholder engagement across four counties and Durham.
• Serve as project lead for Piedmont Health Services programmatic initiatives (e.g., Perinatal Health, Chronic Disease Prevention).
• Build and sustain relationships with county agencies, healthcare organizations, and community partners.
• Coordinate NC ROOTS Region 4 activities and ensure broad community representation.
