Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Regional Coding Operations Manager to oversee Physician Services Coding Operations across the division. The role involves strategic planning, education for providers, and collaboration with CCU and leadership teams to improve coding quality and service delivery.

Must reside near Fort Lauderdale or be willing to relocate, with travel within the division. Strong leadership, analytics, and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional fee coding and revenue cycle operations experience.
• 5+ years healthcare management/leadership experience required.
• CCS/CCS-P or RHIT/RHIA or CPC/CPC-H or CRC certification or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide coding and documentation education to Providers.
• Review progress against business case expectations and operational metrics.
• Lead communication with practice staff, providers, and division leadership.
