Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a Regional Coding Operations Manager to oversee coding education and performance across North Florida markets. The role ensures accurate coding, practice acquisitions, and provider documentation improvement while maintaining strong relationships with division leadership.

You will lead education efforts, monitor metrics, and collaborate with CCU and practice teams to drive efficient coding operations. Willingness to travel across markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in professional fee coding and revenue cycle operations.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare management/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; professional credentials listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide coding and documentation improvement education to providers.
• Review progress against business case expectations and operational metrics.
• Lead communication with practice staff, providers, and division leadership.
• Collaborate with practice and division leadership to ensure efficient coding work processes.
• Act as liaison between CCU and practice management to resolve issues.
• Travel across North Florida markets as needed.
