Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts is seeking a Regional Coach to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers across GA, AL, MS, LA, and TX. You will mentor coaches, drive store performance, and collaborate with the Regional Director to implement improvement plans.

The role requires a licensed cosmetologist or barber and a track record as an Area Coach. Expect travel to stores and markets, with ongoing leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber.
• 2+ years of experience as an Area Coach.
• Strong leadership and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills through training, shadowing and in-field support.
• Maintain market presence by visiting stores with Area Coaches.
• Drive same-store sales growth with Regional Directors, Area Managers and Store Managers.
• Partner with Regional Director to develop and execute store improvement plans.
• Mentor and train Coaches to maintain high performance across markets.
• Create content for impactful Manager, Area Manager and Coach huddles with other teams.
