Sport Clips is seeking a Regional Coach to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers across GA, AL, MS, LA, and TX. You will report to the Regional Director and drive coaching and operational excellence in the market.

Expect significant travel: 3 weeks per month in the field, with market trips lasting 2+ nights and 3+ days. You will mentor teams, expand knowledge, and promote brand standards in this dynamic franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber.
• Minimum 2+ years as an Area Coach.
• Excellent in operations and leadership across stores.

Responsibilities

• Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills through training and field support.
• Visit Stores with Area Coaches to maintain market presence.
• Drive same-store sales growth with Regional Directors, Area Managers and Store Managers.
