Job summary

Sport Clips Riverton seeks a Regional Coach to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers across multiple markets. You will report to the Regional Director and lead coaching initiatives to boost operational excellence and profitability for franchisees.

You will travel to markets, conduct training, shadow managers, and drive growth through hands-on mentorship and proven leadership. Licensed cosmetologist or barber required; expect field-based schedule and collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber.
• Proven track record as an Area Coach or similar leadership role.
• Strong in operations, coaching, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills through training and in-field support (shadowing).
• Maintain market presence by visiting stores with Area Coaches.
• Drive same-store sales growth by identifying opportunities with Regional Directors and Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to create store improvement plans.
• Participate in Coach calls and mentor Coaches within purview.
• Promote brand and operational excellence through well-planned field activities and huddles.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver relevant coaching content.
