Job summary

Sport Clips is seeking a Regional Coach to lead development across the GA, AL, MS, LA and TX markets. The role requires extensive travel and a state cosmetology license, with a strong emphasis on coaching and operational excellence.

You will develop Area Coaches and Store Managers, reporting to the Regional Director, while driving growth and store performance. This position values mentorship, teamwork, and brand integrity across our salons.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber.
• Minimum 2+ years as an Area Coach.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent operations knowledge and adherence to scorecard.
• Willingness to travel 3 weeks per month including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills through training and shadowing.
• Visibly lead in market by visiting Stores with Area Coaches.
• Drive same-store sales growth with Directors and Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to plan store improvements.
• Mentor and train Coaches to promote brand and standards.
• Support content creation for Manager, Area Manager and Coach Huddles.
• Promote Sport Clips brand awareness in the community.
• Coordinate with Operations and Training teams to deliver content.
