Job summary

Vesta Property Services Inc in Orlando seeks a Regional Director of CMD Operations to lead community management teams across an assigned region, drive operational excellence, and strengthen client relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will implement regional strategy, oversee budgets and performance, mentor General Managers and Community Managers, and ensure consistent execution of company standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Professional credentials preferred (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, LCAM, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams or offices within a multi-site operational structure.
• Strong knowledge of community association governance, financial management, and operational best practices.
• Experience in community management, property management, or multi-site operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the RVP to implement regional strategy, operational priorities, and performance goals.
• Drive execution of corporate initiatives and regional business plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and financial performance across offices.
• Establish accountability standards and measurable performance benchmarks.
• Provide senior-level oversight and guidance for assigned offices and key client relationships.
• Support General Managers (GM) and Community Association Managers in governance, operations, and board matters.
• Strengthen partnerships with Boards of Directors through communication, education, and strategic counsel.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
• Assist GMs and Community Managers with budget development, financial monitoring, and planning.
