Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Experience working across multiple departments (HR, IT, Sales, Marketing)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to translate executive priorities into actionable plans

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Shared Services functions (HR, IT, Sales, Marketing)
• Supervise and lead team leads within functional areas
• Partner with CEO and executive leadership to support priorities and initiatives
• Translate direction into actionable plans and track progress
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate projects from initiation to completion
• Maintain accountability and drive organizational effectiveness
