Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Regional Project Lead to drive successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries. You will partner with Project Managers, CRAs, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, mentor project teams, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Ideal candidates have prior Clinical Trial Manager experience, with regional leadership capabilities, in Oncology or Gastroenterology, and strong English proficiency. A collaborative environment with professional growth awaits.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring.
• Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager supervising regional teams.
• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer-service skills.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels.
• Team building, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor project teams and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate site selection, initiation, monitoring and closeout visits.
• Manage KPIs and project budgets, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead risk planning, escalation and resource management activities.
• Prepare and deliver training to Investigators and staff.
