Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a senior project manager to lead challenging full-service clinical research projects in phase II and III, coordinating all study aspects from startup to closure. You will manage multi-country studies, promote PSI delivery standards, and provide hands-on leadership across project teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in clinical research, strong communication, and experience mentoring CRAs and PMs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of pharma/healthcare/clinical research experience.
At least 5 years industry experience in clinical research.
At least 2 years recent clinical research experience as project manager/equivalent.
Regional clinical project management experience including startup to closure.
Therapeutic experience in Oncology/Gastroenterology/Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage small projects (≤5 countries) ensuring deliverables meet quality, time and budget.
Perform regional lead’s or co-manager role on complex international projects with deliverables.
Adhere to PSI delivery principles and promote service standards.
Lead project teams and coordinate activities.
Train, mentor and coach Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs and SMAs.
Support feasibility research and business development tasks (proposals, client presentations).
Implement company standard practices and intradepartmental procedures.
