Job summary

PSI-Cro in Canada seeks a senior Clinical Project Manager to lead full-service phase II and III studies, overseeing the full project scope and hands-on delivery. You will manage regional and international projects, mentor CRAs and PMs, and collaborate with business development on proposals to ensure quality, timelines and budget adherence.

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in clinical research is required; oncology/gastroenterology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years in pharma/healthcare.
At least 5 years industry experience in clinical research.
Recent clinical project management experience (PM/CTM/Team Lead).
Regional PM experience handling startup to closure.
Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, or Radiopharmaceuticals a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead small (<5 countries) or regional projects with deliverables on time and within budget.
Act as regional lead or co-manager on complex international programs.
Promote PSI delivery standards and client service principles.
Lead project teams.
Train and mentor Lead CRAs and PM staff.
Support feasibility research.
Assist in proposals and client presentations.
