Job summary

Vivo Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) to oversee clinical operations across Florida skilled nursing facilities. This leadership role ensures regulatory compliance and provides clinical guidance to facility teams while supporting quality improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional resident care.

You will travel regionally, mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical staff, and drive performance improvements through data analysis and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• 2–4 years nursing leadership in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong understanding of federal/state long-term care regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional clinical oversight for high-quality, compliant nursing services.
• Monitor and implement clinical policies across facilities.
• Collaborate with facility leadership for improvement and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and overnight stays as needed.
• Support facilities during surveys and post-survey plans of correction.
• Mentor DONs and clinical teams to drive resident care excellence.
• Analyze clinical metrics to guide performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
