• Weekly Hours: 40.00

Must reside in Iowa or an adjacent state. Position requires 50% travel within Iowa.

Job Summary

Responsible for directing nursing and clinical leadership in partnership with regional executive leadership. Provides clinical leadership, consultation, and access to clinical resources for direct patient/resident care departments across network facilities. Manages multiple states and regulatory requirements in Long Term and Post-Acute Care. Leads strategic nursing initiatives, mentors new nursing leaders, and collaborates on policy development. Ensures compliance with laws and promotes a practice environment empowering staff to deliver compassionate, effective care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term or post-acute care.
• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
