Job summary

Psi CRO is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee multinational clinical studies and support corporate initiatives. The role combines hands-on project management with departmental assignments, requiring leadership across startup to closure and delivery within predefined quality standards.

Candidates should have at least five years in clinical research and two years in project management, with oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in clinical research.
• Minimum 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including startup to closure.
• Oncology experience preferred; Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage small (<5) and medium (5–15) country projects to deliver on time and on budget.
• Act as co-manager in complex international projects with responsibility for deliverables.
• Promote delivery and service principles in PSI customer engagements.
• Lead project teams.
• Train, mentor and coach study team members.
• Participate in feasibility research.
• Assist in business development: proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings.
• Implement company standard practices and intradepartmental procedures.
