CarePoint Health is seeking a Regional Clinical Operations Manager for Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine to oversee our Wichita, Kansas programs from home and at clinical locations. The role aligns clinical teams with hospital administration and corporate leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and efficient, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelors Degree is required.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MHA or related) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical operations or healthcare management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing acute care services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations for market inpatient and emergency medicine programs.
• Coordinate staffing strategies and coverage models for physicians and APPs with schedulers.
• Monitor and analyze clinical, quality, and patient experience metrics to drive performance improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized protocols, workflows, and care pathways with Medical Directors.
• Facilitate clinical case reviews and continuing education with Medical Directors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, physicians, and nursing leadership.
• Support CarePoint service lines with strategic planning and business development.
