Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a regional leader in clinical operations to drive study delivery across multiple sites within the region. You will mentor study managers, coordinate planning, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality throughout the study lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical research, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners across a portfolio. Travel may be required as per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 12+ years of progressive clinical operations experience.
• Master's degree preferred in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Proven experience in clinical research including team lead experience across multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational regional leadership and mentorship to clinical study managers.
• Oversee regional planning, timelines, and execution for assigned studies.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness in region.
• Manage budget and resources, forecasting needs and contingency plans.
• Supervise regional cStudy managers and coordinate with external partners.
• Travel as required by business needs.
