AdviniaCare is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to oversee clinical operations across Rhode Island facilities. This full-time role demands strong leadership, strategic oversight, and effective problem solving to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities include mentoring Directors of Nursing, conducting clinical audits, and implementing policies while traveling between sites. Rhode Island licensure and 3+ years in skilled nursing management are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in skilled nursing management/long term care.
• Experience with infection control practices and clinical operations.
• CPR/BLS certification and ability to use Point Click Care.
• Willingness to travel between Rhode Island facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and mentoring to facility Directors of Nursing.
• Conduct routine clinical audits and ensure survey readiness.
• Travel between facilities in Rhode Island.
• Manage daily tasks, prioritize patient flow, and oversee admissions and discharges.
• Troubleshoot care issues and implement new policies.
• Provide in-service education and collaborate on policy development.
