AdviniaCare Orchard View in Rhode Island seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

You will oversee daily operations, develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with social services, dining, and activities to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
