Qualifications

• Experience as director of nursing and strong leadership background.
• Knowledge of hospital procedures and KPI/KQI for patient care.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting in healthcare.
• Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
• Willingness to stay updated with changes in nursing administration.
• Ability to lead and develop personnel.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent organizational and stress management skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Valid nursing license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities
