Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Regional Clinical Operations Leader to guide study managers across a portfolio and ensure inspections-ready delivery within timelines and budget.

You will lead regional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize feasibility, resource planning, and drive high-quality study execution while mentoring junior staff and working with external partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Master's degree in a related area is preferred.
• Progressive experience in clinical operations and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to regional clinical study managers.
• Ensure regional study/portfolio delivery within timelines and budget and maintain inspection readiness.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, feasibility teams, and external partners.
• Oversee planning and execution from feasibility to closeout, aligning regional goals with global strategies.
• Drive quality by ensuring SOPs, ICH/GCP compliance, and effective coaching of CRAs.
• Forecast resource needs and manage budget, vendors, and site-related activities.
