Silver Birch Living is expanding its Ohio presence and seeks a Regional Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical teams across multiple communities, mentor Directors of Nursing & Wellness, and ensure consistent, high-quality resident care.

You will collaborate with Operations to strengthen clinical performance, oversee audits, and support regulatory readiness while traveling regularly to communities and promoting continuous improvement.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• At least two years of experience in a regional clinical leadership role; assisted living experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical leaders.
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to translate findings into practical action plans.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor Directors of Nursing & Wellness, building their confidence, knowledge, and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide clinical direction, training, and support to promote safe, consistent nursing services.
• Conduct regular community visits and clinical audits, identify concerns, and guide teams through improvement plans.
• Help communities maintain compliance with company standards and applicable state regulations, prepare for surveys, and address findings.
• Review quality indicators, recognize emerging concerns, and support timely resolution.
• Oversee and facilitate the QMA Insulin Administration Program.
• Work closely with Regional Directors of Operations to address community needs and strengthen clinical performance.
